At Oxford International, we recognize it’s a big step to make the move to Canada and begin working towards your educational and career goals. There are also various processes to follow and steps to take in order to receive the necessary permits, depending on what you decide to do.

To help you navigate the visa and immigration process, Oxford International has partnered with Encubate Inc.*, a leading immigration consultancy firm with a team of licensed Regulated Immigration Consultants (RCICs). 

*Encubate Inc. is authorized to offer immigration services under the Canadian Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA). The Principle Consultant at Encubate Inc. is Mr. Bassel Zoueiter, who is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

 

FREE Services for Current Oxford International Students

Meeting

Complimentary Services for Current Oxford International Students

  • Monthly online workshops reviewing visas, study permits, and co-op work permits.
  • Online workshops focusing on immigration and permanent residence options.
  • In-person Encubate information booth available during intakes, where Encubate staff can provide assistance with general inquiries (available in Toronto and Vancouver).

 

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for the above-listed complimentary services, students must:

  • Be a registered Oxford International student.
  • Be present in Canada.

FREE Services for Students Interested in Registering for an Oxford International Career College Program

Complimentary Services for Students Interested in Registering for an Oxford International Program

In addition to the free services offered to current students, students interested in registering for a new Oxford International program can access:

  • Consultations and case assessments for transitioning from visitor to student status. 
  • Applications and support for changing status from visitor to student. 

 

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for the above-listed complimentary services, students must:

  • Be physically present in Canada.
  • Meet one of the following conditions:

1. Transitioning from Oxford International English Language program to an Oxford International Career College program

2.Registering for a new program at Oxford International Career College from another Designated Learning Institution (DLI).

3. Registering for a new program at Oxford International Career College as an existing student.

Complimentary services only cover professional service fees; students are responsible for government fees associated with their applications.

FREE Services for Education Agents

Complimentary Services for Education Agents

Agents that collaborate with Oxford International are entitled to the following FREE services from Encubate:

  • Email suport for visas, study permits, and co-op work permits, with a guaranteed response time of one business day. 
  • Periodic virtual workshops and training sessions for agency staff covering visas, study permits, co-op work permits, immigration, and permanent residence, delivered through Zoom. 
  • Periodic virtual workshops conducted in partnership with agency staff and delivered to students referred by the agency, discussing immigration pathways through education, delivered through Zoom.
  • One-on-one consultations and case assessments for eligible students, illustrating various immigration pathways through language and education. 

 

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for the above-listed complimentary services, agents must:

  • Be a registered partner with Oxford International (English Language or Career Colleges).
