This scholarship program will be available for eligible students beginning in April 2025.
At OICC | Oxford International Career Colleges, we want to reward you for your hard work and positive academic achievements! The Stellar Student Scholarship provides eligible students with ongoing discounts off their OICC program tuition if they achieve excellent standing.
With the Stellar Student Scholarship, you can save 20% off your OICC program tuition per installment on your payment plan – which is a potential to save up to $1,800 on your education, depending on the program you’re enrolled in! In addition to this scholarship, students also get access to:

As an OICC student, there’s no limit on the number of scholarships you can qualify for, but the total scholarship amount cannot exceed the total amount of your owed program tuition. View all of our available scholarships here.
Scholarship Details
How it Works
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will earn 20% off your program tuition per installment on your agreed-upon payment plan with OICC | Oxford International Career Colleges.
As a domestic student, installment payment plans are broken down into 6 installments (25% – 15% – 15% – 15% – 15% – 15%). The Stellar Student Program scholarship can be applied to payments 3, 4, 5, and 6 if you continue to meet eligibility criteria during those periods.
Payment Plans for Domestic Students:

| Installment 2 | 15% of tuition | 15% of program completion |
| Installment 3 | 15% of tuition | 30% of program completion |
| Installment 4 | 15% of tuition | 45% of program completion |
| Installment 5 | 15% tuition | 60% of program completion |
| Installment 6 | Balance due | 75% of program completion |
Even if you don’t meet the academic standing requirements to be eligible during one payment period, you can still be eligible for future payment periods.
Eligibility Criteria
This program is available for domestic students (Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and those of refugee status) at OICC Toronto and Halifax campuses enrolled in one of the following programs:
OICC Toronto campus:
- Personal Support Worker (in person or distance education)
- Early Childhood Assistant (hybrid)
- Home Support Worker (hybrid)
OICC Halifax campus:
- Continuing Care Assistant (in person)
- Early Childhood Education (in person)
In order to qualify for the Stellar Student Scholarship, you will need to:
- Have an average grade of 85% or above during that installment payment period.
- Have perfect attendance during that installment payment period.
Terms and Conditions
As an OICC | Oxford International Career Colleges student, there is no limit on the number of scholarships you can qualify for, but the total scholarship amount cannot exceed the total amount of your owed program tuition. Scholarships are not eligible for cash back and do not represent cash value.
How to Apply
You don’t need to do a thing! Eligible students will automatically be notified if they were successful in meeting Stellar Student scholarship criteria for each installment payment period.
