OICC Ambassador Scholarship
Bring students’ success stories to life & become an ambassador for your OICC program
This scholarship program will be available for eligible students beginning in April 2025.
Do you enjoy connecting with fellow students? Are you passionate about social media? Do you want to tell your story and help others tell theirs as well? Do you feel like you could become an influencer for your program’s class? If so, we want to hear from you!
Apply to the OICC Ambassador Scholarship, where we choose one OICC Student Ambassador per program intake to partner closely with us by helping tell student success stories through social media and connecting with future students during events. As a chosen OICC Student Ambassador, you will be awarded 15% off your total tuition – which is a potential to save thousands of dollars on your education! Plus, it’s great way to flex your social media skills and get a glowing recommendation on your resume.

As an OICC student, there’s no limit on the number of scholarships you can qualify for, but the total scholarship amount cannot exceed the total amount of your owed program tuition. View all of our available scholarships here.
Scholarship Details
How it Works
By the end of week 2 after your program has started, all eligible students will have the opportunity to submit their resume that outlines their experience and knowledge working with social media.
Eligible students will also then submit a 300-word essay explaining why they’re exciting about joining their OICC program and what they would want to do in their role as an OICC Student Ambassador to help build student awareness of OICC and our programs.
OICC | Oxford International Career Colleges will identify the successful OICC Student Ambassador and recipient of the OICC Ambassador Scholarship by the end of the program’s first month. The 15% off total tuition scholarship will be applied to your tuition fees.
One OICC Student Ambassador and recipient of the OICC Ambassador Scholarship will be chosen per program intake.
Eligibility Criteria
This program is available for domestic students (Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and those of refugee status) at OICC Toronto and Halifax campuses enrolled in one of the following programs:
Toronto
- Personal Support Worker (in person or distance)
- Early Childhood Assistant (hybrid)
- Home Support Worker (hybrid)
Halifax
- Continuing Care Assistant (in person)
- Early Childhood Education (in person)
In order to apply to the OICC Ambassador Scholarship, students will need to:
- Submit their resume outlining experience with and knowledge of social media;
- Submit a 300-word essay (see How it Works section for details).
Terms and Conditions
As an OICC | Oxford International Career Colleges student, there is no limit on the number of scholarships you can qualify for, but the total scholarship amount cannot exceed the total amount of your owed program tuition. Scholarships are not eligible for cash back and do not represent cash value.
